On Tuesday, February 5th, the Mill Creek City Council appointed Stephanie Vignal to the city council seat recently vacated by Jared Mead. She is a four-year resident of Mill Creek who served on the city's Park and Recreation Board.
In an effort to reduce high school overcrowding at Jackson and Cascade High Schools, the Everett School District is considering boundary changes that will shift students from these high schools to Everett High School beginning in the fall of 2020.
