After 28 years serving their many patients, The Donaldson Clinic abruptly closed for business and vacated its Mill Creek offices the week of February 19, 2018.

The 22 Donaldson Clinic employees received telephone calls on Sunday evening, February 18th, telling them not to come in to work on Monday.

A brief note on the physical therapy clinic’s office door stated, “The Donaldson Clinic closed on February 19th, 2018.”

“We enjoyed working with all of our patients and appreciated your support over the past 28 years.”

Former professional basketball player James Donaldson partnered with a physical therapist on The Donaldson Clinic’s business plan and opened their doors in November 1989 after researching four different communities.

According to one employee, a number of staff came into the office on Monday, February 19th, to call their patients and help them find replacement therapists in local clinics.

Although there are many more options for physical therapy in and around Mill Creek now than when the clinic opened in 1989, The Donaldson Clinic will be missed.
