The developer for a proposed project called “The Farm at Mill Creek” will hold an open house for the community on Wednesday evening, February 20th, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the Mill Creek Senior Center in The Vintage of Mill Creek.
The proposed project site is located just west of The Vintage at Mill Creek on 132nd Street SE.
The open house will come the day after the city council receives its first presentation on the project.
At a special Mill Creek City Council meeting at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, February 19th, staff will present a summary of the process associated with considering a development within EGUV (East Gateway Urban Village), including the relevant codes, regulations and policies, as well as how the developer will mitigate community impacts.
Also during the February 19th meeting, the The Farm's developer will present his vision for the development and benefits to Mill Creek.
No action will be taken during this study session.
Public comment is allowed during the audience communication portion of the City Council meetings (at the start and end of the regular meeting).
Interested people are encouraged to attend the open house and any of the city council meetings to learn more about this proposed development.
Additional information about the project is available online at www.cityofmillcreek.com/thefarm.
As more information is known about the project, the city’s website will be updated.
