First East Gateway Urban Village business to open on June 17th

A major milestone will soon be reached in Mill Creek’s East Gateway Urban Village’s eight-year development; the first new business will open its doors.

Integrated Rehabilitation Group (IRG) will open Gateway Physical & Hand Therapy in Mill Creek’s East Gateway Urban Village on June 17, 2013.

Gateway Physical & Hand Therapy is located on the first floor of the new 24,000 square foot office/medical building located at 4224 – 132nd Street SE, which is on the south side of 132nd Street SE across from Archbishop Murphy High School.

The East Gateway Urban Village is a planned shopping and residential center in the northeast corner of Mill Creek east of 35th Avenue SE, south of 132nd Street SE, and west of Seattle Hill Road.

The two story medical/office building is owned by Integrated Rehabilitation Group and the law firm of Marsh Mundorf Pratt Sullivan + McKenzie, which will occupy the top floor.

There is 8,000 square feet of additional space for rent in this building to provide growth in the East Gateway Urban Village community.
