With input from our friends at Homeward Pet we are featuring a dog that needs a loving home.
Please be aware that our pets of the week may be adopted at any time, and the shelter does not always let us know when this happens.
Summer is here! There’s no better time to go hiking, jogging, camping, and exploring the great outdoors in whatever way you choose! And the best part of getting outside and having fun is doing it with your best dog friend.
Copper will be that canine companion for you! Copper is a one year old Treeing Walker Coonhound mix and he’s ready to get his adventure on!
Copper is a very spunky guy with a big goofy side. He needs a lot of exercise, but once he’s tuckered out he loves to snuggle, chew on toys and be silly.
True to the hound nature, he’s a loud guy with a beautiful singing voice, so he wouldn’t do well in an apartment or condo.
Copper is looking for a breed experienced owner and a home with older kids that can handle his exuberant play style. Come meet your adventure partner today!
Homeward Pet is located at 13132 NE 177th Place in Woodinville and is open for visitors between 12pm and 6pm, Wednesday through Sunday.
