The wait is almost over. Under construction for almost a year, the new Mill Creek Qdoba Mexican Grill will have their grand opening on Monday, November 26th at 10:30 AM.
To celebrate the grand opening, the first 100 guests will receive a free entree. The grand opening celebration will continue through the week with the following guest benefits:
- Monday, November 26th – Friday, November 30th – All guests will receive a Qdoba Rewards Card with any purchase, loaded with a free entree to be used on a future visit.
- Saturday, December 1st – The first 15 people to make a purchase at the Mill Creek Qdoba will win Free Burritos for a Year (52 free entrees)! There will also be a visit from Movin’ 92.5’s Party Crew, who will be there from noon to 2 PM with lots of prizes and other giveaways for guests!
- Sunday, December 2nd - The first 15 people to make a purchase at Qdoba will win Free Burritos for a Year (52 free entrees)! Kids also eat free all day with a paying adult and Kimmy the Clown will be face painting and balloon twisting from noon – 3 PM.
Qdoba has a varied menu and each entree is prepared to order right in front of you. They serve San Francisco style burritos, hard and soft shell tacos, quesadillas, taco salads, chile con queso, Mexican gumbo, hand-smashed guacamole, and fresh pico de gallo.
Qdoba prides themselves on their fresh ingredients and healthy options such as whole wheat tortillas and gluten-free entrees. Each entree is crafted specifically to each guest’s taste preferences and dietary needs.

This is the 20th Qdoba location in the greater Puget Sound area. The Qdoba Seattle Facebook page keeps followers apprised of all of the promotions and events for the new Mill Creek restaurant and other area Qdoba locations.
In 1995, Anthony Miller and partner Robert Hauser opened the first Qdoba Mexican Grill in Denver. Today there are over 600 Qdoba Mexican Grills across the United State.
According to Wikipedia, “After initially opening as Zuma, the name was changed to Z-TECA Mexican Grill to avoid confusion with other Zuma Mexican restaurants. When that name was deemed to be too similar to Z'Tejas Southwestern Grill the name Qdoba was invented.”
In 2003, Qdoba was acquired by Jack in the Box Inc.
