The Mill Creek City Council plans to conduct a regular meeting at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.
Since the City Hall is still closed to the public, this public meeting will be made available by a virtual Zoom meeting.
According to the January 1st preliminary agenda they plan to hear findings from the Washington State Auditor's Office, assign 2021 council liaison positions, approve an amendment to an on-call engineering services agreement, and discuss updating the city's governance manual.
They also plan to hold a closed executive session to discuss potential litigation pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). If any action has to be taken, it will be done in a public session after the executive session.
Regular meetings of the Mill Creek City Council are normally held on the first, second, and fourth Tuesdays of each month commencing at 6:00 pm.
Public participation and interest in these meetings is encouraged and very much appreciated.
The public may present comments to the city council in writing prior to the meeting or via the telephone conference call during the meeting.
