Mill Creek closes all city parks and restrooms to slow down COVID-19 spread

In order to slow down the spread of COVID-19, the City of Mill Creek closed all city parks, picnic shelters, basketball and tennis courts, ballfields and other active recreation locations including restrooms on Monday afternoon, March 23rd.

The City of Mill Creek has ordered closure of all parks due to the potential spread of COVID-19.

This order is effective at 4:00 pm on Monday, March 23, 2020.

The order affects the following parks:

  • Buffalo Park
  • Cougar Park
  • Exploration Park
  • Heron Park
  • Highlands Park
  • Hillside Park
  • Library Park
  • Mill Creek Sports Park
  • Nickel Creek Park
  • Pine Meadow Park
  • Silver Crest Park

The closure includes picnic shelters, basketball and tennis courts, ballfields, and other active recreation locations.

Restrooms at the parks are currently closed.
