March 02, 2018

  • 10:16:59 - 16100 BLK BOTHELL EVERETT HWY: A Mill Creek man reported his work vehicle stolen in the 16100 block of SR-527.
  • 14:43:48 - 132ND ST SE / BOTHELL EVERETT HWY: Officers took a hit and run report. The collision occurred in the intersection of 132nd ST SE and Bothell-Everett Hwy.
  • 20:57:25 - 800 BLK 164TH ST SE: Officers responded to a theft report wherein a woman's purse was stolen.

March 03, 2018

  • 01:22:50 - 13500 BLK 33RD AVE SE: Officers responded to a burglary in progress in the 13500 block of 33rd Ave SE. Two, juvenile, siblings were upstairs in their home when they heard male voice coming from down stairs. They called out to the unknown person as they were coming down stairs and heard a rustling sound coming from the kitchen. They called out again and the rustling stopped. They then ran back upstairs to call 911 and when they came back down stairs they noticed the back, sliding glass, door ajar. A K9 track ensued however did not lead to the capture of the suspect. Nothing was taken from the home however Officers took a report of the incident.
  • 08:44:38 - 13500 BLK NORTH CREEK DR: Officers responded to a vehicle prowl that occurred in the 13600 block of North Creek DR. A local man's prescription methadone was taken from a relative's truck that he was storing it in. a suspect has not been identified at this time.
  • 22:59:41 - 200 BLK 164TH ST SW: An officer contacted a suspicious vehicle in the 200 block of 164th St SW. A 27 year old male from Everett was arrested for violating a no-contact order, and use of drug paraphernalia. Subsequently he was booked into the Snohomish County Jail. A 23 year old female from Lynnwood was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine); charges will be forwarded for prosecution.

March 04, 2018

  • 05:02:36 - 1600 BLK 132ND ST SE: An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 13200 block of SR-527. A 51 year old male was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
  • 19:46:28 - 15300 BLK MILL CREEK BLVD: A verbal DV exchange occurred at the Parkwood Apartments between a husband and wife.
  • 20:28:32 - 1100 BLK MILL CREEK BLVD: A 40 year old Mill Creek resident reported his vehicle was stolen at the Mill Apartments during the daytime.

March 05, 2018

  • 02:05:37 - 4100 BLK 132ND ST SE: Over the past month and a half, 911 Dispatchers, along with Mill Creek officers, have been dealing with a male continuously calling 911 and tying up valuable resources. Between January 1st of 2018 and March 5th of 2018, Dispatch has fielded over 70 calls with no discernable emergency. On one night, Dispatch received 37 calls within a 2.5 hour period. Charges of Telephone Harassment are pending against the male.
  • 10:13:03 - 13400 BLK DUMAS RD: The PSO took a report for a found gun magazine, which was found at 13400 block of Dumas Rd.
  • 11:59:32 - 2300 BLK 137TH PL SE: Officers responded to a burglary that occurred near the 2300 block of 137 Pl SE.
  • 14:18:06 - 13500 BLK NORTH CREEK DR: The PSO transported a dog to the Everett Animal Shelter for a hold after the owner had been transported to the hospital.

March 06, 2018

  • 04:15:52 - 14500 BLK 24TH AVE SE: Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call from a residence in the 14500 block of 24th Ave SE. After finding the house that the call came from, officers interviewed the involved parties, both of which had been drinking. It was determined that no crime occurred, and the female was given a ride to her home in Everett.
  • 11:16:06 - 3400 BLK 132ND ST SE: On 03/06/2018 at approximately 1110 hours, a 36 year old female reported the theft of her purse that occurred in the 3400 block of 132nd Street Southeast. No suspects have been identified, and the case is pending further investigation.
  • 23:44:51 - 1400 BLK 164TH ST SW: An officer contacted a suspicious vehicle in the 1400 block of 164th St SW. A 33 year old female from Mill Creek, was arrested for DV-No-Contact Order Violation and for an outstanding warrant. A38 year old male from Lynnwood was arrested on a warrant.

March 07, 2018

  • 03:08:49 - 138TH ST SE / SEATTLE HILL RD: An officer made a traffic stop in the 14800 block of Seattle Hill Rd. A 48 year old male from Snohomish was arrested for an outstanding assault warrant. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
  • 03:43:58 - 2500 BLK 132ND ST SE: Officers stopped a vehicle in the 1900 block of 132nd ST SE for a defective headlight. A 39 year old Snohomish male was cited and released for Operating a vehicle without an Ignition Interlock Device.

March 08, 2018

  • 20:09:16 - 1000 BLK 153RD ST SE: Officers responded to the report of a cold assault in the 1000 block of 153rd St SE. An investigation is ongoing.
  • 21:17:31 - 1100 BLK 164TH ST SE: Police responded to an apartment complex in the 1100 block of 164th St SE for a residential burglary. A 23 year old Mill Creek male entered his apartment and found an unknown 50 - 60 year old man in his bedroom. The suspect fled the scene and a K9 track was attempted.
