From a City of Mill Creek news release.

The Mill Creek Police Department and Snohomish County Medical Examiner need help to identify an individual who was found deceased two years ago.

In January 2015, Mill Creek police officers were called to the 17500 block of Bothell-Everett Highway (SR 527). The reporting party had discovered an abandoned and overgrown shed in a wooded area off the roadway. Inside the shed, the reporting party discovered a deceased person.

Investigators were unable to identify the deceased at the time of the discovery.

The Snohomish County Medical Examiner has been able to assist with the facial reconstruction of the unidentified male and has provided an image that may lead to identification.
