The Mill Creek Women’s Club continues to actively contribute to the well-being of the community through its philanthropic efforts. We will continue to host entertaining in person social events once we are able. ZOOM events have been very successful and enjoyed by all.
The MCWC supports Snohomish County Domestic Violence Services, Dawson Place Child Advocacy Center, the Mill Creek Food Bank, YWCA Pathways for Women, YWCA Working Wardrobe and Woodside School.
Our November Auction in support of Domestic Violence Services of Snohomish County, Dawson Place Child Advocacy Center, and YWCA Pathways for Women was very successful raising close to $23,000.
HOORAY! 2021 IS ON THE WAY!
Our Virtual January Program on Zoom at 11:00 am on Wednesday the 20th of January 2021 is going to walk you through the process of creating a vision and best practices to achieve meaningful dreams that align with your purpose and enable you to live your full potential.
“Off with the Old on with the Bold - Envision 2021"
Our guest speaker, Julie Allen, is a survivor of domestic violence turned Fortune 100 Consultant and Dream Career and Life coach.
Julie comes from 20 years as a manager helping nonprofits, government agencies and corporate America achieve their goals. Her latest passion is her practice with The StoryMakers where she inspires others to live meaningful dreams that align with their purpose to live their full potential.
She holds a BA in English and Psychology from WSU and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
This presentation will involve YOU!
So, in advance of the meeting, prepare yourself with a nice notepad and a couple writing pens. Julie will be giving us a few minutes to brainstorm some ideas of our own that will help us achieve our dreams and goals for 2021!
I hope you’ll join us!
If you join Mill Creek Women’s Club, the Zoom Meetings are free. We also have Zoom Socials, Zoom Book Clubs, Zoom Craft Groups, and Zoom Happy Hours with more to come. We are looking forward to meeting in person when it is safe to do so.
