Prepare for Easter by attending the play “The Passion of the Christ” at Elizabeth Seton Parish, 2316 180th St NE, Bothell, WA 98012 on Friday, April 7th and Saturday, April 8th, 2017, at 8:00 pm. Admission is free but donations are accepted.
Over 80 to 100 volunteer and talented parishioners will perform the retelling and reenacting of the last days of Jesus.
Witness Jesus’ message and sacrifice as he speaks from the Sermon on the Mount. Watch his betrayal and capture reenacted through his unjust conviction, crucifixion, death and resurrection.
The Road to Calvary (Via Crucis) will be performed around the audience, portraying His fall and lamentation of the women of Jerusalem to the hatred of the crowd for Him.
This is the 3rd year that Elizabeth Ann Seaton Parish has staged this performance. There will be two showings to accommodate the 1000 audience members per performance.
The cast and crew are preparing to give you this inspiring event!
We always expect a full house. Come early to get a good seat. Doors will be closed at the start of the play.
There will be children performing in the play, and it is rated PG due the scourging scene and crucifixion.
Parking will be available and convenient.
