Safety Reminder:

The sun is starting to shine more and more. This is also the time of year we see more kids playing outside. Fire District 7 wants to remind drivers to be more aware while driving near parks and playgrounds or in neighborhoods.

Watch for kids riding bikes or balls that may roll in the street when kids are playing.

We also want to encourage parents to remind their children never play in the street and to not chase a ball if it goes into the roadway.

Having your child wear a properly fitted helmet every time they ride, roll, or skate will also help you have a fun and safe start to the season!
