Free University Book Store food and wine paring discussion

Harry Mills, executive chef of Purple Café and Wine Bar, joins the Mill Creek University Book Store on Thursday, September 21st, at 5:00 pm for a fantastic evening to discuss food and wine pairings and his new book!

"Cook + Cork" explores basic food and wine relationships, introduces the idea of the Mind Mouth, and lays out an essential Wine Wardrobe with food-friendly recipes to get you started on your way to cooking with pairing in mind.
