The Mill Creek City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, January 22, 2019.
In accordance with RCW 36.70B.200, the purpose of the public hearing is to consider an amendment to the adopted Development Agreement (DA) between the City of Mill Creek and Vintage at Mill Creek located at 4111 133rd Street SE, Mill Creek, WA.
The purpose of the amendment is to memorialize a development agreement provision requiring 500 square foot of additional space for the Mill Creek Senior Center in lieu of space for a new police precinct.
The meeting will take place in Mill Creek City Hall South, Council Chambers, 15728 Main St. in Mill Creek, WA.
