Mill Creek MOD Pizza had successful grand opening

MOD Pizza will be making a $3,453.59 donation to the Mill Creek Food Bank representing a percentage of their sales the first day. Rob Briggs was the winner of the "Pizza for a Year" grand opening drawing on May 1st.

Charlotte Wayte, MOD Pizza spokesperson, reported that the delayed grand opening went very well, "We had a great opening last week and a fabulous first weekend – wow!"

Wayte said that MOD Pizza will be making a $3,453.59 donation to the Mill Creek Food Bank representing a percentage of their sales the first day.

Mill Creek Business Association offering five college scholarships

The Mill Creek Business Association is offering five scholarships of $2,000 each to graduating seniors. All scholarships are open to students who are goal-oriented toward business, regardless of their actual majors.

Since its very beginnings, the Mill Creek Business Association has been committed to encouraging and assisting local high school students in their pursuit of higher learning in business or another field with which they would like to pursue a career in business.

The Mill Creek Business Association is offering five scholarships of $2,000 each to graduating seniors. All scholarships are open to students who are goal-oriented toward business, regardless of their actual majors.

Frost Doughnuts moving to larger space in the Mill Creek Town Center

Mill Creek’s popular Frost Doughnuts is moving from their current location to a larger space, but will remain in the Mill Creek Town Center.

Mill Creek’s popular Frost Doughnuts is moving from their current location to a larger space, but will remain in the Mill Creek Town Center.

Tom Rogers, Mill Creek Community Development Director, told the Mill Creek City Council about the move at their February 4, 2014, regular meeting.

The new Frost Doughnuts will be located in the same building as Hot Yoga at Mill Town Center and The Split End Salon.
