We are aware of the Mukilteo School District’s decision to close Mariner High School and Discovery Elementary School on Monday, March 2, 2020. This is in response to a student who had close contact with the third case of COVID-19 announced Sunday, March 1st.

In response to shots fired outside Mariner High School during last week's football game, there will be an increased security and law enforcement presence for the Friday night, September 21, 2018, game between Monroe High School and Mariner High School.

Friends of the Mill Creek Library grant helps bring award-winning author to Mariner High School

Newbery Award winning author Matt de la Peña will spend the day at Mariner High School on Tuesday, October 4th, to tell students how his love for literature and hard work helped him fulfill his dreams. He will also be at the Mill Creek University Book Store for a book signing and reading in the evening.

New class replaces Senior Seminar for Everett School District high school students

To give students the time, space, tools and place to develop necessary skills, the district is replacing Senior Seminar and its Culminating Exhibition with College and Career Readiness Seminar.

In an effort to better prepare graduates for life after high school, the Everett School District is changing the curriculum.

The “Senior Seminar” and “Culminating Exhibition” now required in senior year will be replaced with a “College and Career Readiness Seminar,” which can be taken in either the junior or senior years.
