Many of us associate the summer months with visits to a local farmers market.

Shopping at a farmers market is a great way to meet and support local farmers and get fresh, tasty produce that may not be available at your local supermarket.

Many markets also offer flowers, arts, crafts and other items, and some have live entertainment.  It’s a fun, community event for the whole family to enjoy.

Unfortunately, the farmers market at Willis Tucker Park will not continue in 2015 but here are five other local Snohomish County farmers markets to consider visiting in the coming months, with links to their websites for more information.
