In one hour, learn three lifesaving skills in one of South County Fire’s free online ACT First Aid classes on Wednesday, January 19th.
The first one is offered from 1:00 - 2:00 pm, and the second from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.
ACT focuses on three first aid skills to save a life in the first few minutes of an emergency before first responders arrive:
- Antidote for suspected opiate overdoses.
- CPR and AED training for cardiac arrest.
- Tourniquet for severe bleeding control.
