Mill Creek Police Beat - April 27th to May 3rd

Mill Creek Police officers make any number of contacts and respond to numerous calls for service every day.

For the week of April 27th to May 3rd, 2016, Mill Creek Police Officers generated or responded to 376 calls.

This week’s police beat contains a brief description of a portion of those calls.

4/27/16 at 10:49

  • 13300 35th Ave SE.
  • Officers conducted a traffic stop for expired tabs and arrested the driver after observing a methamphetamine smoking pipe in plain view.  During a consent search of the vehicle, officers located heroin.

  • 15500 Block Mill Creek Blvd.
  • Mill Creek Police responded to a physical domestic near the 15500 block of Mill Creek Blvd. Upon arrival, police contacted and subsequently arrested a 37 year old Mill Creek man for felony level harassment.

  • 15500 Block Mill Creek Blvd.
  • Officers responded to a report of vehicle vandalism in the 15500 block of Mill Creek Blvd. A car had been vandalized by stacking large jagged rocks across the trunk of the vehicle and pinecones/ tree branches spread all over the car.

  • 15000 Block 30th Dr. SE.
  • Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 15000 block of 30th Dr. SE in the Red Cedar residential division. A 39 year old Mill Creek woman was arrested for malicious mischief DV.

  • 3500 Block 148th St. SE.
  • A Mill Creek officer stopped a vehicle for speeding and found the male driver had a warrant.  The driver was taken into custody and was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

  • 14000 Block 35th Ave SE.
  • Officers assisted Fire District 7 in a structural fire that occurred in the 14000 block of 35th Ave. SE. Investigation pending.

  • 15600 Block Bothell Everett Hwy.
  • Officers responded to a vehicle vs. bicyclist collision in the 15600 block of SR 527. A 40 year old Everett woman driving a vehicle struck a bicyclist at low speed. The bicyclist suffered minor injuries.

05/01/16 at 14:09

  • 15300 Block Main St.
  • A vehicle was prowled in the 15300 block of Main Street.  A Mill Creek man's wallet was stolen.

  • 3400 Block 132nd St SE.
  • Police responded to a bicycle theft which occurred in the 3400 block of 132nd St SE. A 14 year old girl reported her bicycle was stolen while she was shopping. The girl had just received the bike as birthday gift.

  • 13500 Block North Creek Dr.
  • Officers responded to a disturbance in the 13500 block of North Creek Drive. Upon arrival, and after investigation, a male was arrested and booked for assaulting a female.

  • 15400 Block Country Club Dr.
  • Officers took a report regarding a domestic violence related issue in the 15400 block of Country Club Drive.

  • 1700 Block 132nd St SE.
  • PSO impounded a stray American Pit Bull male, which was found at 1700 block of 132nd St. SE. On 05/04/2016, it became known that the owner had reported the dog stolen with Tulalip Tribal Police. The dog was reunited with the owner.

05/03/16 at 22:30

  • 3400 Block 132nd St SE.
  • Mill Creek officer contacted two male subjects in the 3500 block of 132nd St SE. Both subjects were found to have outstanding warrants for their arrest. The subjects were arrested and booked into jail.
