Mill Creek Police Beat: December 13th to December 26th

Mill Creek Police officers make any number of contacts and respond to numerous calls for service every day. According to the latest Mill Creek Police Blotter, a total of 659 responses were reported for the two week period of December 13th to December 26th, 2019.

Mill Creek Police Beat: December 13th to December 19th

December 13, 2019

  • 13400 BLK DUMAS RD - 13:56:10 - Mill Creek officer responded to the report of a violation of a DV no contact order. Charges were forwarded against the suspect.
  • 3000 BLK 146TH PL SE - 22:05:03 - Officers responded to the 3000 block of 146th Pl SE for a verbal domestic report.  No assault occurred and a report was taken.

December 14, 2019

  • 15500 BLK MILL CREEK BLVD - 01:52:48 - Officers responded to the 15500 block of Mill Creek Blvd for an assist fire.  A 58 year old Mill Creek male was deceased.
  • 13500 BLK NORTH CREEK DR - 17:22:12 - Police responded to a verbal domestic in the 13500 block of North Creek Drive between a Mill Creek man and woman. Following an on-scene investigation parties were separated, and misdemeanor harassment charges were referred to the prosecutor for review.
  • 13400 BLK 43RD AVE SE - 21:36:55 - Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 13400 block of 43rd AVE SE. It was determined that the disturbance was verbal, and no crimes had occurred.

December15, 2019

  • 1700 BLK 132ND ST SE - 11:34:56 - Mill Creek officer responded to the report of a theft in the 1700 block of 132. The victim is a 51 year old Edmonds man.
  • 18300 BLK BOTHELL EVERETT HWY - 19:14:37 - Officers assisted Snohomish County Deputies on a stop in the 17500 block of Bothell-Everett HWY.  A 36 year old Seattle male was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for DUI.

December 16, 2019

  • 1300 BLKMILL CREEK RD - 02:15:29 - Officers stopped a vehicle for defective equipment in the 700 block of 164th St SW.  A 21 year old Lake Stevens male was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for DUI.
  • 14500 BLK NORTH CREEK DR - 06:30:34 - Officers responded to a malicious mischief report near the 14500 block of North Creek Drive. An unknown suspect smashed 8 different vehicle windows. The investigation is ongoing.
  • 3300 BLK 135TH PL SE - 09:13:57 - Officers responded to a vehicle prowl report near the 3300 block of 35 Pl SE. An unknown suspect stole a purse from an unlocked vehicle.
  • 13400 BLK DUMAS RD - 09:16:49 - Officers responded to a suspicious circumstances incident in the 13400 block of Dumas Rd.  A Mill Creek female was advising of strange posts from her ex-boyfriend.

December 17, 2019

  • 1500 BLK 136TH ST SE - 07:40:14 - The School Resource Officer received a report of an assault that occurred on campus. After investigation it was determined a female student assaulted another female student in a bathroom during lunch. Assault charges are being pursued by the victim's family.
  • 3400 BLK 132ND ST SE - 09:06:49 - Officers responded to a commercial burglary report near the 3400 block of 132nd.  The investigation is ongoing.
  • 13500 BLK NORTH CREEK DR - 10:43:56 - Officer's responded to a vehicle prowl in the 13500 block of North Creek Drive.  A Mill Creek male had his amplifier stolen out of his vehicle.
  • 13500 BLKBOTHELL EVERETT - 11:23:04 - PSO took a report for a purse, which was found at 13500 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy.
  • 15200 BLK MAIN ST - 14:30:11 - Officer's responded to a collision in the 15200 block of Main Street.  A male struck a cement wall with his vehicle.  No injuries reported.
  • 15700 BLK MAIN ST - 15:35:12 - Officers responded to the 15700 block of Main Street for an ID theft report. A 39 year old Mill Creek resident reported fraudulent charges on her visa card.
  • 13500 BLK NORTH CREEK DR - 22:11:26 - Officers responded to a weapons violation in the 13600 block of North Creek Drive.  A male subject was suspected of firing a pistol from a moving vehicle.  No one was injured, but the incident was reported by two witnesses.

December 18, 2019

  • 1200 BLK 132ND ST SE - 08:58:25 - Police collected a knife found by an employee of a church in the 1200 block of 132nd St SE. The knife was broken and entered into the property room for destruction.
  • 16600 BLK 15TH DR SE - 10:09:40 - Officers responded to a report of identity theft.  A Mill Creek woman was scammed out of several thousand dollars.
  • 14500 BLK NORTH CREEK DR - 12:57:27 - Police responded to a cold DV Verbal report in the 14500 block of Bothell-Everett Highway. Following an investigation, it was determined that no crime occurred. Involved parties were provided with resources.
  • 3400 BLK SEATTLE HILL RD - 21:51:54 - Officers stopped a vehicle in the 3600 block of Seattle Hill Rd for a moving violation.  A 42 year old Mill Creek female was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County jail for DUI.
  • 1000 BLK 145TH ST SE - 23:52:47 - Officers stopped a vehicle in the 14300 block for a moving violation.  A 44 year old Snohomish male was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for DUI.

December 19, 2019

  • 14700 BLK MAIN ST - 07:24:35 - Police responded to a vehicle prowl in the 14700 block of Main Street. The victim also reported fraudulent use on a debit card shortly after discovering that his vehicle had been broken into.
  • 14400 BLK 35TH AVE - 08:34:29 - Police responded to a malicious mischief report in the 14400 block of 35th Avenue SE after Mill Creek Public Works reported that the 35th Avenue bridge had been tagged.
  • 15400 BLK MAIN ST - 09:42:13 - PSO took a report for a found backpack, which was found at 15400 block of Main St.
  • 13500 BLK NORTH CREEK DR - 11:32:13 - Police responded to a verbal domestic in the 13500 block of North Creek Drive between a male and female. Following an on-scene investigation probable cause was not obtained to arrest either of the two involved. However, arrangements were made for one of them to leave their shared residence for the next few days.
  • 16500 BLK 14TH DR SE - 14:03:00 - Officers responded to a death investigation in the 16500 block of 14 Dr. SE.
  • 4500 BLK 134TH ST - 23:53:45 - Officers responded to the 4500 block of 134th St SE for a verbal domestic.  A husband and wife were having an argument and the husband agreed to leave.   No assault occurred.

December 20, 2019

  • 900 BLK 161ST ST SE - 14:16:11 - A Tacoma man was arrested for attempting to cash a stolen check at a bank in the 900 block of 161 ST SE.
  • 14400 BLK 33RD DR SE - 14:52:32 - Officers responded to a suspicious report near the 14700 block of 32rd Dr SE. A vehicle of teenagers was causing alarm to several students as they were released from school.
  • 14600 BLK MAIN ST - 20:16:54 - Officers responded to a death investigation in the 14600 block of Main Street. Investigation by officers revealed nothing suspicious.  The medical examiner released the body to next of kin.

December 21, 2019

  • 800 BLK 164TH ST SE - 01:08:36 - Officers responded to a commercial burglary alarm in the 800 block of 164th ST SE. Two commercial spaces were found to have been burglarized. The case is under investigation.
  • 14600 BLK MAIN ST - 18:43:00 - Officers responded to a domestic report in the 14600 block of Main St. A mother and daughter had a verbal argument, no assault occurred, and the parties agreed to separate for the night.
  • 13400 BLK 43RD AVE SE - 21:52:25 - Officers responded to the 13400 block of 43rd Ave SE for a verbal domestic.  A girl friend and boyfriend got into an argument and the parties were separated for the night.

December 23, 2019

  • 1300 BLK MILL CREEK BLVD - 12:20:01 - Officers responded to a report of identity theft in the 1300 block of Mill Creek Blvd.
  • 15100 BLK MAIN ST - 16:10:02 - Police responded to a cold theft report at a business in the 15100 block of Main Street.

December 24, 2019

  • 2000 BLK 132ND ST SE - 12:05:24 - Officers responded to the 2000 block 132nd ST SE for report of a vehicle prowl. A 49 year old Snohomish woman reported the theft of a handicap placard from her vehicle. There is no suspect information available.
  • 1100 BLK 164TH ST SE - 15:05:39 - Officers responded to a vehicle theft in the 1100 block of 164St. SE.  A parked car was stolen overnight.
  • 16200 BLK BOTHELL EVERETT HWY - 16:20:58 - Officers responded to a disturbance in the 16200 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy.  A man was transported to the hospital for a mental evaluation.
  • 1900 BLK 132ND ST SE - 21:28:43 - Officers received a report of a possible DUI driver in 1900 block of 132nd St SE.  A 21 year old Mill Creek female was cited and released for DWLS 3rd Degree.

December 25, 2019

  • 15800 BLK MEADOW RD - 04:30:40 - Officers assisted Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office in recovering a stolen vehicle in the 15800 block of Meadow Rd.
  • 1100 BLK MILL CREEK BLVD - 21:00:36 - Officers responded to a disturbance in the 1100 block of Mill Creek Boulevard and arrested a man for felony harassment.

December 26, 2019

  • 13400 BLK DUMAS RD - 21:42:34 - Officers responded to a verbal domestic disturbance in the 13400 block of Dumas Road.  Two males and a female were arguing.  Investigation determined that no crime occurred.
