7/27/16 at 02:30

  • 13500 Block North Creek Dr.
  • Police responded to a substance abuse complaint near the 13500 block of North Creek Drive. While on scene police contacted two subjects, one of which possessed drug paraphernalia as well as potential stolen property. The investigation is ongoing.

  • 14500 Block 40th Ave SE.
  • Officers responded the 14500 block of 40th Ave SE for a parking complaint. Upon arrival officers found the offending vehicle had been reported stolen the previous day.

  • 1200 Block 132nd St SE.
  • An officer contacted a male subject inside a storage shed in the 1200 block of 132nd St SE.  Subsequently, a transient male was arrested for Trespass in the Second Degree, cited and released.

  • 13500 Block North Creek Dr.
  • Officers stopped a vehicle which was associated with a registered owner who had a warrant for his arrest. The registered owner was not in the vehicle, however the 28 year old Everett female driving the vehicle was known to be suspended. She was arrested, cited, and released.

  • 13300 Block Bothell-Everett Hwy.
  • An officer made a traffic stop in the 13300 block of SR-527. The driver of the vehicle was arrested on a Theft 3rd Degree warrant. During the traffic stop, the driver stated the passenger had mixed alcohol with Xanax and had difficulty breathing. Medical aid arrived on scene and evaluated the 37 year old male from Bothell. After the driver was booked into jail, the 37 year old male was located later in the evening inside a vehicle that did not belong to him. Subsequently the 37 year old male was cited for Vehicle Trespass and released to his parents.

  • 15100 Block Main St.
  • Mill Creek police responded to the 15100 block of Main Street for a vehicle prowl report.  An investigation revealed that a window on a pickup truck was smashed and a backpack containing several identification documents, keys and credit/debit cards was stolen.

  • 15400 Block Main St.
  • Officers responded to a theft report in the 15400 block of Main St. SE. A man reported his bike had been stolen; however there are no suspects at this time. A report was taken.

  • 15600 Block 3rd Dr. SE.
  • Officers responded to a report of a vehicle theft in the 15600 block of 3rd Dr. SE. The victim reported that their work van had been stolen overnight containing several construction tools. The vehicle was subsequently entered as stolen and a report was taken.

  • 13500 Block North Creek Dr.
  • Mill Creek police stopped a black Volvo in the 13500 block of North Creek Dr. for an equipment violation. The 27 year old driver was issued a criminal citation for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree.

  • 2600 Block Seattle Hill Rd.
  • Officers responded to a collision in the 2600 block of Seattle Hill Road. A rear-end collision occurred when the front driver noticed a cyclist crossing the crosswalk and slammed on the breaks unexpectedly. No injuries were reported and an exchange of information was facilitated.

  • 13400 Block Bothell-Everett Hwy.
  • Police stopped a vehicle in the 13400 block of SR 527 after the driver made a left hand turn onto the highway without yielding to oncoming traffic.  The 46 year old Mill Creek female driver was arrested for driving with a suspended license and ticketed for driving without insurance.

  • 16400 Block Bothell-Everett Hwy.
  • Officers responded to a hit and run collision at 164th St SE and SR 527.  No injuries were reported.

7/31/16 at 07:33

  • 3300 Block 132nd St.SE.
  • Officers contacted a male in the 3300 block of 132nd St. SE when he was found sleeping in his vehicle. A records check revealed that the man had an outstanding warrant and was subsequently arrested and taken to jail.

  • 13600 Block 26th Ave. SE.
  • Officers responded to a fraud report in the 13600 block of 26th Ave SE where a man had been taking advantage of an elderly woman with dementia for monetary gain. An investigation is under way.

  • 15400 Block 29th Ave. SE.
  • Officers responded to a vehicle prowl report in the 15400 block of 29th Ave SE. A man reported his truck had been entered overnight and several items had been taken out of his car. A report was taken.

  • 600 Block 128th St. SE.
  • Officers responded to the station for a found property report. A citizen at a bus station outside the City found a driver’s license and credit card.

  • 13400 Block 46th Ave. SE.
  • A Mill Creek officer responded to a cold burglary report in the 13500 block of 46th Ave SE. The victim, a 40 year old Mill Creek resident, reported that his garage was entered sometime overnight and items were stolen from within. No suspect information exists at this time.

  • 1200 Block Mill Creek  Blvd.
  • A 52 year old Mill Creek resident reported his wife's wedding ring stolen/missing from their apartment in the 1200 block of Mill Creek Boulevard, sometime over the past several weeks.
