09:02:42 - 13800 BLK 43RD AVE SE: PSO took a found property report for a sword.

13:24:34 -13200 BLK 27TH DR SE: Officers responded to a home in the 13200 block of 27th DR SE for a death investigation. An 86 year old Mill Creek man had died of natural causes.

16:43:02 - 2300 BLK 136TH ST SE: A Mill Creek woman reported that her daughter came to her residence in the 2300 block of 136 Street SE and stole and cashed one of her bank checks.

20:42:00 - 3400 BLK 132ND ST SE: An officer contacted a man from Arlington in the 3400 block of 132nd St SE. The man was arrested for being a fugitive from justice and he was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

23:37:36 - 13500 BLK NORTH CREEK DR: Officers responded to the 13500 block of North Creek Dr. for a report of a physical domestic. Investigation revealed that a husband and a wife had an argument over finances. No assault occurred.

October 21, 2017

02:33:12 - 3400 BLK 132ND ST SE: An officer contacted a wanted subject in the 3400 Block of 132nd St SE. A male from Lynnwood was arrested for an outstanding DOC Escape warrant and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

05:34:00 - 13400 BLK DUMAS RD: Officers responded to the 13400 block of Dumas Rd for a vehicle prowl. Investigation revealed that a vehicle as entered and several items were taken.

07:01:17 - 12400 BLK 5TH AVE W: While investigating a criminal matter, Officers contacted an Everett man outside of the city. That male was found to have an outstanding warrant and was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

October 22, 2017

02:30:31 - 1900 BLK 132ND ST SE: Officers stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation and a male was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant. The male was not booked due to drug issues.

03:35:07 - 4400 BLK 132ND ST SE: An officer arrested a wanted fugitive in the 4400 block of 132nd St SE. Drugs, drug paraphernalia, stolen credit cards, checks and bank account information was recovered. Charges were filed.

04:00:51 - 44TH AVE SE: An officer arrested a 37 year old man from Bothell for being a fugitive out of Oregon. The male was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

October 23, 2017

04:03:12 - 3316 BLK 132ND ST SE: Officers responded to the 3300 block of 132nd St SE for a report of someone trying to light a fire. A male was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for Narcotics possession and a misdemeanor warrant.

06:44:52 - 152OO BLK MAIN ST: A Mill Creek officer responded to a theft that had just occurred from a local business. A Kirkland woman had her purse stolen while in a business.

13:23:10 - 900 BLK 164TH ST SE: Officers responded to a road rage incident in the 16400 block of Mill Creek Blvd. A bicyclist punched the hood of a passing vehicle.

15:50:54 - 3300 BLK 132ND ST SE: A Mill Creek officer responded to a hit and run that occurred in the 3300 block of 132nd St SE. A vehicle struck an Everett woman and fled the scene.

October 24, 3017

05:06:00 - 3600 BLK 147TH PL SE: A 79 year old Mill Creek resident passed away in the 3600 block of 147th Pl SE.

13:36:27 - 15500 BLK COUNTRY CLUB DR: Officers responded to the area of The Mill Creek Golf Course for a possible DUI driver. The officers located the suspect vehicle crashed off the roadway, the driver, a Mill Creek man, was arrested for DUI.

14:56:45 - 15600 BLK 30TH DR SE: A Mill Creek man in the 15600 block of 30th Drive SE surrendered two guns to the police for destruction.

16:47:55 - 15300 BLK MAIN ST: A Mill Creek officer responded to a theft from a local business in the 15300 block of Main Street. A male stole merchandise from the store and fled on foot.

20:41:53 - 14700 BLK MAIN ST: A female was assaulted by her husband in the 14700 block of Main Street.

October 25, 2017

13:40:30 - 1100 BLK MILL CREEK BLVD: Officers responded to a trespass in the 1100 block of Mill Creek Blvd. A local transient male was arrested.

14:14:22 - 16300 BLK MILL CREEK BLVD: PSO took a found property report for a wallet, which was found at 16300 block of Mill Creek Blvd.

14:25:15 - 15700 BLK MAIN ST: Officers took custody of a warrant subject from Bothell PD, who was wanted on Mill Creek warrants.

October 26, 2017

07:31:19 - 800 BLK 164TH ST SE: Officers responded to a burglary in the 800 block of 164 St. SE. A construction trailer was broken into.

09:12:01 - 16300 BLK SR 527: Officers responded to a missing person in the 16300 block of Bothell-Everett Hwy. An Everett man did not show up for work and his coworkers have been unable to reach him.

09:35:08 - 2000 BLK 132ND ST SE : Officers conducted a traffic stop and cited the driver for DWLS.

13:06:05 - 3300 BLK 132ND ST SE: Officers contacted a warrant  subject near the 3300 block of 132 St SE. A short time later it was discovered that he was in possession of a stolen motorcycle.

14:21:16 - 14400 BLK NORTH CREEK DR: Mill Creek officer responded to the report of a burglary that occurred in the 14400 block of North Creek Dr.

21:57:38 - 16400 BLK SR 527: Officers stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation. A Stanwood female was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant and booked into the Lynnwood City Jail.

22:50:56 - 3300 BLK 132ND ST SE: Officers stopped a vehicle that was reportedly involved in a theft in the 3300 block of 132nd St SE. The male driver was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail for DWLS 3rd Degree.

22:58:54 - 1500 BLK 136TH ST SE: Officers responded to a threats report in the 3200 block of 150th Pl SE. A Mill Creek man was contacted, and interviewed. No crime occurred.
