Fitting for the groundbreaking of an animal shelter, Moose, a seven-year-old Labrador Retriever mix, shoveled – or rather dug – the first dirt for a new 57,000 square-foot adoption center, veterinary clinic and shelter facility during a donor celebration Saturday, February 27th, at Seattle Humane in Bellevue.
